Reviews block

Reviews block allows you to automatically collect and aggregate your real reviews from multiple sources. It allows to build trust and provides assurance to your potential guests that you are offering a high quality service. You can also highlight reviews that offers guests the best guidance why to book your property.

Adding review sources:

1. Click “Add Review Source”.
2. Choose a source from the dropdown. Currently we support reviews from Google, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Vrbo, and Facebook.
3. Add a link to respective source information:
   1. see a comment below on how to get Google reviews
   2. see a comment below on how to get Vrbo reviews
4. Wait while we import information to your page. It might take a few minutes.
5. You can also hide or delete reviews if needed

How to get the right link for Google:

Please note that for Google reviews you will need to:

• Open Google maps
• Find and select your property
• Go to reviews tab
• Copy a link from the browser

How to get the right link for VRBO (the link needs to contain property ID):

• Option 1 - Search your property using the following link:
  • Find your property in VRBO using the link provided
  • Open the property listing (the link will contain property ID)
  • Copy the url from your browser
• Option 2 - Search in your VRBO profile:
  • Log in to VRBO
  • Go to your listings
  • Click on the left top picture of your listing
  • Copy the url from your browser

In some cases the import process might fail due to one of the following reasons:

• You have added a review source link from a platform that Booklee does not support
  • Booklee currently supports import from Google, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Vrbo, and Facebook
• You have added an incorrect link or part of the link is missing
  • Please check that you have a full link from the open view of your listing on respective platform. 
  • Please check that for Google reviews you are using the link from google maps (see instructions above).
  • Please check that for VRBO the link contains property ID (see instructions above).
• In some cases our import process might fail due to other reasons
  • In this case you might want to try again or you can contact our client support and we will take a look. 

Review data update:

Currently we are not automatically refreshing information from the source data. In order to update information you need to manually click "Refresh review data".

Highlighting reviews:

1. Click “Add Review highlights”.
2. Choose your preferred review source.
3. Select the reviews you want to highlight on your link in bio page and click “Select reviews to add”.
4. You can reorder chosen reviews or delete them if needed.
