Managing and sharing guidebooks

Once you have finished designing your guidebook, it is time to share it with your guests.

1. Open guidebook editor

To edit a certain guidebook:

1. Navigate to "Guidebooks" section at the top of your dashboard.
2. Click on the guidebook you want to edit.

2. Hide guidebooks

You can hide your guidebooks from your guests making your guidebook link inactive for some period of time.

To hide your guidebook from public view:

1. Navigate to "Guidebooks" section at the top of your dashboard.
2. Click on the "green slider" button on the guidebook you want to hide.
3. To make a hidden guidebook active, simply click the same green slider" button again.

3. Share your guidebook

You can share a link to your guidebook with your guests.

There are 2 ways to share your guidebook:

1. You can copy your guidebook link from your guidebooks dashboard
2. You can share your guidebook link straight from the guidebook editor

Copying your guidebook link from the dashboard

1. Navigate to "Guidebooks" section at the top of your dashboard.
2. Click on the "Copy" button on the guidebook you want to share.
3. A direct link to your guidebook will be copied to your clipboard.
4. Simply paste your guidebook link where you want to share it.

Copying your guidebook link from the editor

1. Navigate to "Guidebooks" section at the top of your dashboard.
2. Click on the guidebook to open the guidebook editor.
3. At the top of your editor dashboard click "Share".

    4. A prompt with a shareable link of your guidebook will pop up.

    5. Copy that link and paste it where you want to share your guidebook.

4. View your guidebook as a guest

You can view your guidebooks in "guest-view".

1. Navigate to "Guidebooks" section at the top of your dashboard.
2. Click on the "Preview" button on the guidebook you want to see in "guest-view".
3. A new window will open with your guidebook.

5. Delete guidebooks

You can delete guidebooks.

1. Navigate to "Guidebooks" section at the top of your dashboard.
2. Click on the "Trash can" icon on the guidebook you want to delete.

IMPORTANT: This action cannot be undone! Once you delete your guidebook, it is gone. Before deleting a guidebook, make sure that you have saved most important content on your own device.
